It started with a garden.
“Apricus” is Latin for basking under the sun — and that's exactly what Apricus Garden Restaurant has been for its guests in Kathmandu: a sunlit garden where every guest is treated like family, and every plate is made with care.
Then the garden learned to run.
Apricus Express is the fast, sunlit younger sibling — the same DNA of nature, warmth and quality, at street tempo. A grab-n-go counter in Naxal where juice is pressed while you watch, bubble tea is shaken to order, and pani puri arrives crisp, in about sixty seconds.
Fresh, honestly.
No concentrates. No preservatives. Ever. Every juice is pressed within a two-hour window; if it isn't fresh, we don't serve it. Our packaging is compostable or recyclable — a Green Choice mark rides on every bag, because a garden brand should leave the garden better.
